  • Contribution Option 1 – 36 months residency – Make a non-refundable contribution to the National Development and Social Fund of €600,000 for the main applicant and €50,000 for the spouse and each dependant.
  • Contribution Option 2 – 12 months residency – Make a non-refundable contribution to the National Development and Social Fund for a shorter application turnaround of €750,000 for the main applicant and €50,000 for the spouse and each dependent,
  • Investment through property – You must rent a residential property in Malta for at least €16,000 per annum and continue to do so for at least five years after naturalization OR make a €700,000 purchase of residential property in Malta and maintain ownership for the same period
