We commence the Portugal Golden Visa application process with Form 1. This enables us to carry out the initial Latitude due diligence. Following successful screening, we will provide you with a Client Agreement for review and signature.
Upon receiving the signed agreement and retainer payment, our legal team will next complete all the necessary government forms. They will also collate supporting documents and help you open a bank account.

After holding a Portugal Golden Visa for five years, you may apply for Permanent Residence, subject to meeting the additional requirements, including a basic Portuguese language certificate.
