Decades of Government Advisory Experience
Latitude’s Government Advisory capabilities are built upon the experience of its senior principals, most notably Eric Major, Kenneth Ing and Christopher Willis, whose work with governments and investment migration programs predates the establishment of the Latitude Group. Over the course of their careers, they have had the privilege of advising and assisting governments in jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Canada, Malta, Antigua and Barbuda, and Grenada. Their work has encompassed program conception and design, legislative and regulatory development, operational implementation, restructuring, international distribution and promotion.
Since Latitude’s establishment in 2017, this experience has continued through direct government mandates and advisory engagements. In 2018, Latitude and its consortium partner were awarded a public service concession by the Government of Anguilla to establish a new inward investment agency and develop and support the implementation of two new residence programs.
More recently, Latitude became a founding member of AMIGO, an international consortium of leading investment migration firms appointed to collaborate with Argentina’s Agency for Citizenship Programs by Investment (APCI) in connection with the development of the country’s new citizenship by investment framework. Through a formal Technical Collaboration Agreement with APCI, AMIGO provides strategic and technical input on key aspects of the initiative, drawing upon the consortium members’ collective international experience in program design, implementation, due diligence, applicant processing and global market development.
Today, Latitude brings this accumulated experience together within a dedicated Government Advisory practice, providing sovereign states with senior-led, independent and practical advice across the full lifecycle of investment migration policy and program development.
