Who Qualifies

Must be over 18 years old with a clean criminal record.

The application can also include the parents, of any age, of the main applicant and/or spouse.

Children over 18 and under 25 years old may be added as dependents, provided they can show that they are (a) single and (b) registered in full time studies in an officially recognized educational institution (by the Republic of Panama) and are economically dependent on the main applicant. Children with disabilities can also be included as dependents without any age limit.

The application can also include the parents, of any age, of the main applicant and/or spouse.

Program Requirements

The program offers direct permanent residence to applicants who make a qualifying investment from one of the options below and meet the additional program requirements.

OPTION 1. Real Estate Purchase

• An equity investment of at least USD 300,000 in a real estate property in Panama

OPTION 2. Stock Exchange Investment

• USD 500,000+ investment in the Panama Stock Exchange

OPTION 3. Bank Deposit

• USD 750,000 in a 5-year fixed-term of a local bank

Adult applicants should also submit an apostilled or authenticated federal background check from their home country free of any serious criminal offences. Foreign residents must visit Panama once every two years to maintain residence status.

    The process commences with the completion of our Onboarding and Pre-Clearance checks.

    Sign client agreement and pay retainer fee.

    Application

    Gather necessary documents and submit the QIV application. This may be arranged remotely.

  • Step 4

    Application Approval

    The application is approved within approximatley 30 days. It is then necessary to visit Panama to give Biometric data and collect the Residence Permit.
