To apply for the Türkiye citizenship-by-investment programme, applicants must fulfil ONE of the following investment options AND other requirements:
The first citizenship-by-investment option is a minimum US$400,000 real estate purchase. You pay 1-8% VAT on a new property. There is no VAT for resale. Stamp duty is 4% (paid 2% by you the buyer and 2% by the seller, but you will bear the cost in the resale market). You pay 2% of the 4% real estate commission. The seller pays the other 2%.
