How to Get Grenada Citizenship with Dr Piet

Ilana helped us to compare multiple options, taking into account our desire to invest in real estate and not just make a donation. We found a project that we liked in Grenada. It had sound financials and the added benefit of free accommodation for one week per year if we choose to visit."

Entrepreneurs have been investing in Grenada citizenship since the launch of the CBI programme in 2013. Caribbean programmes have a cachet that matches the island group’s reputation as a luxury tourist destination. The programme enjoyed a record year in 2022, raising around $US134 million.

The Grenada Citizenship-by-Investment programme is your gateway to seven magnificent islands off the north coast of Venezuela. Grenada at its purest is the Caribbean at its spiciest. Grenadian CBI allows you visa-free access to 146 countries, and it is ranked the fourth-best Citizenship-by-Investment programme in the world.

Latitude Group is a long-term partner of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC). One client who now has Grenadian nationality is South African radiologist, Dr Piet. He explains the appeal of a Grenadian passport as he has to “travel extensively to Europe both for work conferences and family holidays.”

Investing in Extra Insurance

Dr Piet is candid about his home country. “South Africa faces many political and socio-economic challenges” he admits. Citizenship by investment offers a quick fix in that it offers “immediate benefits like hassle-free visa-free travel.”

But Dr Piet has an eye on the far future as well as the near one. CBI has “opened a back door to leave if we ever decide to do so.” “It really was an “insurance policy” if you like.”

Moving More Freely

Dr Piet and his family have maintained their base in South Africa. But they love the liberty their new passport brings. They have travelled widely throughout Europe.

The family has also paid a visit to Grenada. “The Grenadian people were very friendly and welcoming,” recalls Dr Piet. They were blown away by “spectacular” Silversands, the resort in which they invested in. In 2023, their travel plans took them to Germany and France, the latter to cheer on the Springboks at the Rugby World Cup.

Invest in a development like Silversands in exchange for Grenada citizenship.
