6. A clear scanned copy of a marriage certificate for spouse attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and UAE Embassy in country of issuance and MOFA in Dubai translated into Arabic and English
7. Clear scanned copies of birth certificates of you, your spouse, and children attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy in country of issuance and MOFA in Dubai translated into Arabic and English
