Thomas Vidakovic graduated from the University Singidunum of Belgrade with a degree in Marketing & Management and later earned an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Belgrade.

Before joining Latitude, Tomislav interned at the National Assembly of Serbia within the Department of Foreign Affairs and played an active role as a coordinator in various NGO projects. Additionally, he is a dedicated member of the Rotaract Club Niš.
