Rebecca is a specialist in the Malta Citizenship by Merit (MCBM) framework, previously known as the Malta Individual Investor Program (MIIP), as well as the Malta Permanent Residence Program (MPRP).

At the launch of the MIIP, Rebecca formed part of Agenzija Komunita Malta, the Government entity responsible for administering the program, where she served within the due diligence team entrusted with assessing applications submitted to the Government. This role provided her with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and the standards expected by the authorities.

Prior to joining Latitude, Rebecca built a strong reputation at Henley and Partners, where, as a subject matter expert, she guided clients through the preparation of comprehensive application documentation and managed submissions with efficiency and precision, consistently ensuring a smooth application process.

Rebecca is recognized for her technical expertise, pragmatic approach, and strong client focus, qualities that have made her one of the most trusted professionals in the investment migration field. Before specializing in investment migration, Rebecca spent eight years working with a United States financial brokerage firm based in Malta, where she received a Loyalty, Quality and Assurance Award in 2009. During this period, she led various operational sections and developed into a meticulous, solutions driven professional with a strong commitment to excellence.
