Karina Ermolova is an investment migration veteran with more than 13 years of experience in the industry. In the last decade, she has been assisting HNWIs from all over the world seeking to relocate and secure alternative residence or citizenship. Karina has developed a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances involved in the investment migration process.

As a former Regional Managing Director for Processing of Henley & Partners, she was responsible for recruiting and training Relationship Managers and setting standards for application processing in the company. During her tenure as RMDP, the Swiss branch of Henley & Partners achieved the highest number of application submissions, making it the most successful of the offices in the Group. Additionally, the Relationship Managers under her leadership consistently received top honours across the entire Group.
