Latitude Integrity Program
Latitude has implemented and maintains an Integrity Program designed to promote ethical conduct, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and a culture of integrity throughout the organization. The Integrity Program is binding for all directors, officers, managers, employees, collaborators, representatives, and, where applicable, third parties acting on behalf of or in the interest of the company.
The Integrity Program is based on principles of integrity, legality, transparency, and good faith in the conduct of business, and includes measures aimed at preventing, detecting, and addressing unlawful or unethical conduct, particularly risks related to corruption, bribery, undue inducements, influence peddling, money laundering, and the financing of terrorism. The Program establishes guidelines for managing conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, relationships with public authorities, and interactions with third parties. It also provides for the protection of confidential information, the proper use of company assets, and the implementation of internal controls proportionate to identified risks.
In addition, the Integrity Program includes training and communication initiatives, risk assessment processes, confidential consultation and reporting channels for potential irregularities, safeguards against retaliation, and procedures for investigation and the application of disciplinary measures in cases of non-compliance. The Program is subject to periodic monitoring and continuous improvement to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
