Latitude officially opened its Buenos Aires office on November 2, 2026, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by colleagues from across its international team.
Strategically located in Buenos Aires’ Parque de Innovación, the office establishes Latitude’s on-the-ground presence in Argentina, providing a dedicated base to welcome and support international clients visiting Argentina. From coordinating biometric appointments and assisting with local formalities to delivering personalised hosting and concierge services, the office will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless and professionally managed client experience.
The opening marks an important milestone in Latitude’s preparations for the forthcoming Argentina Citizenship by Investment program, reinforcing its commitment to supporting investment migration firms worldwide through a combination of international expertise and dedicated local infrastructure.

Through Latitude’s Investment Migration Partner (IMP) model, participating firms can offer the Argentina program to their clients while retaining full ownership of their client relationships, contracts and branding. Operating discreetly behind the scenes, Latitude provides the operational expertise, application processing support and in-country services needed to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end solution.
This integrated service model combines the expertise of Latitude’s Malta-based operations team, led by Alex Hopkin, Director of Operations, which will oversee application preparation and final file reviews, with its dedicated team in Buenos Aires. Locally, Enrique Martínez Luque, Director of Private Client Services, will serve as the principal point of contact for visiting clients, ensuring personalised attention and seamless coordination throughout their stay in Argentina.
Enrique Martínez Luque, Director of Private Client Services, is Latitude’s primary representative on the ground in Buenos Aires. He will play a central role in welcoming clients and coordinating their visits, working with Latitude’s international colleagues and partner firms.
As Latitude’s primary representative on the ground, Martínez Luque will work with partner firms and the Malta operations team to prepare for each client’s visit. Planned services include meeting clients on arrival, hosting them during their stay, accompanying them to biometrics appointments and arranging concierge assistance, including side trips and tours.
“A well-organized visit starts before the client arrives,” said Martínez Luque. “My role will be to understand each client’s needs, coordinate their visit with our partners and be available throughout their stay. We want clients to arrive knowing who will welcome them, what to expect and whom to contact for assistance.”

Twelve Latitude colleagues attended the ribbon cutting: Eric G. Major, Group CEO & Chairman; Ryan Darmanin, Group COO & Managing Director of Malta; Kenneth Ing, Chief Legal Counsel; Alex Hopkin, Director of Operations; Anna-Lisa Major, Director of Events & Client Experience; and Enrique Martínez Luque, Director of Private Client Services.
They were joined by Strategic Partners Ilana van Huyssteen-Meyer, Heidi Finn, Meir Rabkin, Roger Romero, Ronit Sharma and Valerie J. Blanks.
