With both Portuguese and Paraguayan nationality, prior to joining Latitude, Roger came from Henley & Partners, where he specialized in the Portuguese Golden Visa Program, with a focus on Investment Funds. During his whole career, he advised clients from around the world on investment migration strategies and successfully facilitated more than €85 million worth in Golden Visa investments, working alongside banks, wealth managers, financial advisors, family offices and leading investment fund managers. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of the considerations that underpin complex cross-border investment decisions.

Today, Roger focuses on helping clients navigate Latin America’s rapidly evolving investment migration landscape. Combining regional knowledge with international experience, he assists investors in identifying residence and citizenship solutions that align with their long-term mobility, wealth preservation and family planning objectives.
