Client Onboarding

Cameron Lakey joined Latitude with a diverse background spanning administration, client services, and sales.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked part-time as an Administrative Assistant within aviation insurance broking, where he supported client relationships, managed professional correspondence, and assisted in coordinating international business activity, with a particular focus on South American clients.

Alongside this, Cameron worked as a Tour Guide in London, leading more than 50 educational tours for international students. This experience enabled him to develop strong communication skills and a high level of cultural awareness when engaging with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

More recently, Cameron held a customer-facing sales role, where he consistently exceeded performance targets and contributed to client acquisition through both face-to-face and telephone consultations.
