Jerry Courtney

Client Onboarding

Jerry Courtney is part of the Latitude Contact Centre team in the UK, supporting Global Client Onboarding. In this role, he works with prospective clients at the early stages of their residency and citizenship journey, helping them understand their objectives and guiding them towards suitable options before connecting them with the appropriate subject matter experts.

Jerry has developed a solid early-career foundation across insurance, sales, and operational roles in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. He previously worked as a Claims Handler, supporting end-to-end claims processing, including documentation review, customer communication, and regulatory compliance. Through this experience, he built strong process discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively to KPIs while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Accustomed to maintaining accurate records and managing direct client communication, Jerry brings a structured and organised approach to the onboarding process. He holds a degree in Music Production from the Academy of Contemporary Music, reflecting both creative and technical capabilities alongside his professional experience.
