Manager – Corporate and Tax

Michelle is responsible for leading the Tax and Corporate Team of the firm. With over 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate law and international taxation she brings with her a vast exposure to a diverse client base and varied management experience.

Michelle has highly effective communication skills and the ability to quickly understand client requirements and build a comfortable rapport. She excels in conveying complex legal and technical concepts in clear, simple language providing advice that is accessible to clients and facilitating their understanding of the matters at hand.

Throughout her career she has held senior management and partnership positions in Big 6 firms as well as boutique law firms.

Michelle holds a first degree in law from the University of Malta and a Masters in International and Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield in the UK. She holds local and overseas professional qualifications in taxation and qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary with The Chartered Governance Institute (previously known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, ICSA).
