Meng brings a dynamic and multifaceted professional background to her role as Client Relationship Manager. With a strong focus on client relationship management, she is known for her precise understanding of client needs, structured approach, and efficient problem-solving skills.

Meng has successfully guided many high-net-worth individuals and their families through Malta-based residence and citizenship programmes, supporting them from initial consultation through to approval while maintaining strong and trusted client relationships throughout the process. Meng oversees and coordinates each stage of the application journey, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for every client.

Prior to joining Latitude, Meng accumulated over ten years of experience in university academic consulting, where she developed a solutions-oriented mindset. She also worked with the International Olympic Committee as an Actor Coordinator within Zhang Yimou’s directing team for the Beijing Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies, gaining valuable experience in cross-sector coordination and high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, Meng holds a Master of Education (MEd) from Beijing Sport University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Beijing Wuzi University.
