Kenneth Ing is one of the most experienced legal minds in the global investment migration field. A Canadian, England & Wales, and Hong Kong–qualified lawyer, he has spent more than 40 years advising private clients and governments on business immigration, residency, and citizenship pathways across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Ken has played a central role in shaping some of the world’s most significant residence and citizenship-by-investment programs. His contributions include the creation and legislative drafting of Malta’s Individual Investor Programme, Antigua & Barbuda’s Citizenship-by-Investment Program, Anguilla’s Tax Residence and Residence-by-Investment Program, key reforms to the UK’s Tier 1 Investor Program, and major redesigns to Canada’s Federal Investor initiatives.
Before joining Latitude, Ken served as Head of Legal Counsel at a leading residence and citizenship advisory firm from 2012 to 2015. Since 2016, he has assisted leading international professional services firms, including Deloitte, with global immigration strategy and program development, as well as private client advice.
