Meir Rabkin

Meir Rabkin brings over two decades of experience in the investment sector, having held leadership positions at major asset management and banking institutions, including Mackenzie Investments, a $200B asset management firm.

In 2022, he founded Blue Vision Capital, a venture capital fund focused on climate-tech innovation.

Before launching his fund, Meir served as Managing Director for Henley & Partners in Montreal, overseeing North American operations. In this role, he advised prominent tech founders, private equity and hedge fund principals, and their families on alternative residence and citizenship strategies—enhancing their global mobility, security, and worldwide access.

Fluent in English, French, Russian, Hebrew, and Spanish, Meir is uniquely positioned to navigate complex cross-border needs for an international clientele. Over the years, he has cultivated a global network of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including multinational CEOs, serial entrepreneurs, and investors.

Meir earned his MBA from Carlos III University in Madrid in 2014 and completed Harvard Business School’s Certificate in Private Equity and Venture Capital in 2020.
