After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2013, Dom Barnes joined the prevalent offshore world of Fiduciary Services at one of the largest offshore trust and company service providers, Elian (now Intertrust). Here Dom managed a range of offshore Unit Trust and Private Company structures, with a key client base comprising of global Real Estate fund management and investment firms.

Prior to joining Latitude, Dom worked on a retained mandate sourcing the top percentile of Portfolio Managers across Europe, the US, and Asia for one of the world’s largest hedge funds and family offices. In this role, Dom Barnes obtained first-hand insight into the fast-paced world of Capital Markets and gained detailed knowledge of low-risk absolute return hedging strategies.
