Legal Executive and Compliance Officer

Ashley D’Silva is Latitude’s in-house Legal Executive and Compliance Officer based in Latitude’s London office. His primary role focuses on due diligence and screening of prospective clients to be onboarded, and through a strict screening process each file is reviewed with the purpose of establishing if a file will be accepted by the Citizenship by Investment Units and/or the respective governing body of a country responsible for RCBI programs.

A LLB graduate, having completed the Legal Practice Course and preparing to qualify as a solicitor in the UK, Ashley applies his academic legal training combined with his previous work experience from his time based in Dubai, UAE to review cases on a day-by-day basis.

Ashley D’Silva is a key part of the process through which a file is handled by Latitude, and works in line with Latitude’s goal of making each application a hassle-free process for our clients.
