His dedication to his craft is evident through Mimoun’s extensive expertise in supporting and servicing family offices, financial institutions, governments, and private clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

In October 2013, Mimoun took the momentous step of founding RIF Trust Investments, a renowned consultancy firm based in Dubai. Under his visionary leadership, the firm has specialized in residency and citizenship planning, becoming a recognized authority in the industry. Through his unwavering commitment and strategic guidance, RIF Trust has successfully garnered market awareness for the growing range of available RCBI (Residency and Citizenship by Investment) programmes.

RIF Trust has emerged as an RCBI industry leader in the Middle East and Africa. Following a merger, it’s now part of the esteemed Latitude Group. In September 2023, Mimoun Assraoui took over as Latitude Group CEO from Eric Major who became Executive Chairman, and heads up all brand strategies.
