Requirements of Malta Citizenship by Investment Program

Each application undergoes a stringent due diligence process, including comprehensive background checks, to ensure integrity and compliance.

  • As the main applicant, you must be over 18
  • A contribution of at least €600,000
  • Residential property rental with minimum value €16,000 per annum for 5 years, or purchase with minimum value €700,000
  • Donation minimum €10,000 to an approved registered charity
  • Minimum 12 months effective residence
