Requirements of Grenada Citizenship by Investment

To qualify for citizenship, you, the primary applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements, and satisfy one of the 2 qualifying options:

  • A non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund donation of USD 235,000 for you alone and a family of up to 4 members
  • The purchase of real estate with a minimum value of of USD 270,000 from a government-approved development
