Requirements of Greek Golden Visa

To qualify for residence, you, the primary applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements, and satisfy one of the investment options:

  • Invest EUR 250,000 in real estate that has been converted from commercial or industrial to residential use, or in the restoration of a listed building
  • Make a EUR 800,000 property investment in Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, and Greek islands with a 3,100+ population
  • Invest EUR 400,000 in Greek real estate in all other regions
